Caffeine Crash

Bird’s Nests are actually the solidified semen and not saliva of swiftlets. I now feel sleepy after drinking coffee at 10 PM. This is strange as coffee is supposed to be a stimulant. Actually at 10 PM, after drinking coffee I experience a caffeine crash. Caffeine crash is increased sleepiness. So what I should do is to drink more water before drinking coffee at 10. If I experience a caffeine crash at 10, I should drink more water too. Or I can take a short 20-40 minute nap to ease the sleep deficit. Dehydration <=> Tiredness. I can also eat Anarex / Panadol pills before 10 to stop caffeine crash.  As I drink water, I must cast the AYA Spell on me to make water work. And I should drink water in the bathroom / loo to derive body energy. And if I pee, I should drink water to replenish the lost fluids within me.
